About ICSR 2024

Held on the shores of Jekyll Island, Georgia, ICSR 2024 brought together more than 200 shellfish restoration practitioners, researchers, and managers from around the world for four days of science, collaboration, and Low Country hospitality. The conference explored the full breadth of shellfish restoration — from Olympia oyster recovery to freshwater mussels, urban estuaries to reef-builder programs in Australia — cementing Jekyll Island as a milestone in the ICSR legacy.
