To be valid, your written notice must include:

5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent listed above. A valid counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, akorn environmental consulting, LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
